Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Lbs Hamburger
2 Green Peppers Halved
1 Large Egg Beaten
1 Small Onion Grated
1 tsp Paprika
Half Cup of White Rice
1 Cup Water
1 8 or 10 oz can of Tomato Juice

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bring Rice to a boil in the Water and then turn down the heat to low.
- When water cooks off rice rinse in cool water and drain.
- Mix the Egg, Onion, Paprika, Hamburger with the rice
Make into balls
- Halve Peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and rinse
- Stuff Peppers with Hamburger Mixture Leaving a little
room for tomato juice to enter into peppers 1/8 inch around edge.
- Place in a covered baking dish pour Tomato Juice over peppers.
- Simmer/Bake for about 1/1/2 hours
- Serve with vegetables.
