Ingredients:
2.5 - 3 Pound Beef Brisket
10 ozs of Barbecue Sauce (smoke flavored to give it
an authentic taste)
1 Tbls Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Coarse Pepper (this adds spice to the sauce
if you do not like spicy foods then use half)
1-2 Tbs minced onion (to taste)
1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
Cooking time about 8 hours, active time about 1/2 hour
- Combine all ingredients except brisket in removable liner
- Add the brisket to the liner
- Turn crock pot on low in the morning
- Remover the brisket when done (about 160 degrees) after
work
- Slice thinly and on a bias
