Howdy John!
Remember those Wendy’s ads from the eighties with the little old ladies and their line of ‘where’s the beef?’ Well my family knows where it is! Or should I say where it comes from!! I just wanted to let you and all your company know what AWESOME BEEF we’ve had for the last month!!!! I thought the meat would need some tenderizing, like the t-bones, but they were delish! The men have really like having steaks and beef-a lot! When I made the beef stew the meat was real tender and the taste is soooo good. It wasn’t chewy like the store-bought stuff. So all I can say is thank you, thank you, and thank you again for such an awesome product. You have new customers hopefully for the years to come!! Praise God for you! We just want to Bless you and your family as well as your business, Bless you!!!! Have a great Thanksgiving!!!

The beef is the best I have had. This is the fifth ranch I have tried. Head and shoulders above the rest. I also feel all the cuts are there - I swear twice as many steaks as the last half from another group.

We've been getting beef from the Rockin' J ranch for almost a year. We currently
live in Las Vegas and drive the 10ish hours up to the ranch in CO (WAAAY up by
WY!) to pick up our beef. Don't know that we've ever had a bad steak or roast -
even when we cook it poorly and it is not as tender as usual it still tastes superior!
I've had to go to the website and re-read the directions on cooking it the best way
a few times b/c I'm a lousy steak cooker. However, my husband never has
problems with it so maybe I just need to let him cook the steaks! We've even had
friends decide they like the beef so much that now we have 4 families that get a
1/4 each and we pick up for them from the ranch. Will keep on getting our superior
beef (at better prices by FAR than Whole Foods for grass fed!) from Rockin' J
Cattle for as long as we live close enough to either pick up ourselves or keep
shipping to a reasonable price!

I write to express my surprise and delight in the flavor of your Rockin J Cattle ground beef.
My initial purchase of a few pounds was almost accidental as I happened by your booth at the Niwot Farmer’s Market. But, that serendipity was superbly rewarded as I delivered your product to my charcoal grill where the way it cooks is as remarkable as its taste!
Where I typically use seasoning or BBQ sauce to enhance grilled hamburgers during the cooking process, I find that I add nothing to your flavorful ground beef.
Admittedly, I was not prompted to purchase your product because of the health benefits from your more natural process, but I certainly feel warranted by using your product, and thereby, supporting the grass-fed future of your industry.
I will continue to use Rockin J’s wonderful ground beef exclusively, and look forward to trying your other products.

to admit that Rockin J beef is better."

I love the Rockin J Cattle meat. As a doctor I have seen people die from
mad cow disease, and would do everything to protect my family and myself. I
feel very safe eating the beef. Additionally, the flavor of the steaks are
incredible, and the hamburger is very low in fat. The kids love it.
